Omni AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a solo-developer project that provides an AI-powered mental-health application and related services (“Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

When data leaves Canada, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent measures to ensure protection comparable to PIPEDA.

All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Production access requires multi-factor authentication and role-based controls.

We retain data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we erase personal data within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
